**Pre-Registration is encouraged, but walk-ins are accepted
This event is a fundraiser for the LHS Blue Jays as the services provided by the nurses and doctors are volunteered.

**Physicals are not required for summer camps. However, athletes are required to have a current physical on file in order to participate in high school athletics during 2018-2019. LHS Blue Jays will sponsor a sports physical night for student athletes grades 6 – 12.
