Baseball Defense Baserunning Camp
BONUS CAMPS - 1 or 2 days camps for CONTINUING development
Outfield and Infield high rep camp to continue to sharpen the important aspect of the game of defense. Footwork, transitions and routines in a small group setting will help grow the game. Kinetic chain work, speed and explosive training before and after game help.
